According to me, we have to focus how to face the changes coming in our way and find a solution to encounter these changes. There are issues like the Tax Deducted at Source [TDS], cancellation charges, commission on taxes which the airlines have imposed in a different form, etc. The association should address all issues and protect the livelihood of small agents.

The issue of bank guarantee should come to some conclusion. TAFI must invite experts form the industry to dedate on these issues. I am sure the business sessions will have extensive debates to clear many hurdles which are coming in the way of our business. Also, the convention should be a real platform to discuess problems and come up with solutions for the betterment of the travel fraternity.
