It has also been my earnest attempt to inculcate the right perspective and understanding of tourism amongst the people across the globe. Introducing training workshops, allotment of tourism policies to make tourists safe and feel at home, were few of the measures implemented.

My belief is in investing in people, and it is this committed team of experienced professionals that has helped develop my business to the highest possible standards. The success is definitely a result of the on-going process of training and development of staff skills. The objective is to maintain world class business practices with professionalism.

Nurturing the huge pool of talent, experience and information, I have been consulted by the Central and State Government on issues related to promotion of India's tourism brands, heritage and its socio-cultural aspects. Being a managing committee member of the prestigious Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI), Chairman - Marts and Events, Advisory Board Member of Indian Association of Tours Operators (IATO), Member of Business Management Association (BMA), Managing Committee Member of Indian Merchants Chambers (IMC), member of SKAL Club has enabled me to usher in several important changes in the manner in which the tourism industry functions.

I strive to streamline various sectors concerning the travel and tourism industry such as open sky policy, customs and immigrations, visa facilitation, up gradation of heritage sites, museum and tourist places.

Under the umbrella of MIM, Citizen World Travel's core assets are the aerodynamic monocoque space frame fleet of coaches with Euro-III compliance, India's first organisation to adhere such strict and necessary emission standards.

I intend to continue to play a significant role in this service industry, by dedicating ourselves to carve out MIM's future by boldly transforming the Company in anticipation of globalization in changing times.
